Post workout picture of the day
This doesn’t even how how sweaty and red my face was.
I just did 30 burpees in a row! I’m DEAD, but I’m quite happy that I could do that. :D

here’s a question for you guys,
do you drink water before/after meals or during the meal? I’ve heard opposite opinions on both and it’s confusing me. I know that drinking a cup or water during makes me feel icky, but then i don’t want to wait 30 minutes before and after to drink water, you know?
probably not but yeah, what do you do and which is better?

hey guys ^.^
so today instead of having chocolate, I just put on makeup and wore that blouse (it’s for when I get to my goal!) and took random pictures.
Okay tbh I DID have some crappy food but it’s waaay less than I did have yesterday so it’s all good. I’ll just go out now grab a cup of coffee and study.

oh you guys, i’m also under 160lbs ^______^

hehehehe this sherlock gif fits well <3
And finally, after a couple of weeks of trying, yesterday was my first day to not have chocolate. God that was tough!
who knew hooping in your underwear would feel so good and calming and also gives you a bit of confidence
A+ for hooping
So I went shopping yesterday! I just loved all of these, but I didn’t buy any of them except the jeans (which was a UK size 14, fuck yeah!) because I didn’t have enough cash on me then. I really loved that blue shirt so maybe next time I go there again I’ll buy it.
Yay motivation to get to ultimate goal! I can’t believe I lost 50+ pounds.
I know it’s been a while since I update anything,sorry! But I’m finally done with exams :)
This is yet another before-during picture. That’s not at my highest weight, it was at 90 kg (198 lbs) or so. This is me now, at 75 kg (165 lbs). I’m proud to have lost 20 kg (~45 lbs)! I still have a long way to go but this is to show myself, and possible some of you, that just because it takes some time doesn’t mean that it isn’t working. Patience is the key. :)

Happy new guns! #fitness
I’m trying, once again, to use MFP and track macros and this time I actually logged for 12 days in a row LOL
Last time I only managed to get like 5 days in a row then I’d get bored and just stop doing it.
So yeah, send me your username and I’ll add you :3
I look at what I was (that’s not even at my highest weight) and then I look at what I am now. Some days it doesn’t feel like there’s any difference, so I gotta compare between these and remind myself of what I can do.
